By requesting or receiving electrical services from Bartlow Electrical Services, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. Bartlow Electrical Services, LLC provides residential and commercial electrical services and related products, including but not limited to installations, repairs, upgrades, troubleshooting, and consultations, as described in written estimates, work orders, or contracts.
Bartlow Electrical Services, LLC will perform work in a professional manner consistent with applicable codes and industry practices for the scope agreed in writing. Field conditions, concealed damage, or changes requested after work begins may require change orders and additional charges. Bartlow Electrical Services, LLC does not guarantee specific timelines where delays are caused by permit offices, supply shortages, utility coordination, or factors outside our reasonable control.
Estimates provided by Bartlow Electrical Services, LLC are based on information available at the time of the visit or inquiry. Final pricing may adjust if the scope changes or if code requirements mandate additional work. Where permits or inspections are required, the customer is responsible for access to the property and for fees charged by authorities unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment terms for services and products provided by Bartlow Electrical Services, LLC are set out in your estimate, invoice, or contract. Failure to pay according to those terms may result in suspension of work, lien rights where permitted by law, and collection of reasonable fees. Materials purchased for your project remain the property of Bartlow Electrical Services, LLC until paid in full unless your agreement states otherwise.
Any workmanship warranty will be described in your project documentation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bartlow Electrical Services, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the premises or third-party equipment. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures or devices pass through according to the manufacturer’s terms.
